Loesche is a well-established company that provides engineering solutions for the establishment or upgrading of industrial plants since 1906. The company deals with the products oriented to cement and power plant industries. the company has also been established in India and is well growing.

Mansi Verma, who is one of the alumni of USCT is placed here as an engineer in sales and marketing. Here is an exclusive interview with Mansi Verma telling us about her experience working here with future guidance.

INTERVIEW WITH MANSI VERMA ( 2013 batch ) :

Q1. What is your good name?

A. My Name is Mansi Verma, 2017 pass out

Q2. Where are you working and what is your job profile?

A.I am in sales and marketing in Losche India Pvt Ltd.

 Q3. What does your job deals in?

       A. My job profile deals with cement plans with various types of grinding and designing 

      Q4. How your knowledge from academics in college over the four years helped you?

       A. Basically, mineral plant process and many other subjects that deal here were in our course. The basic idea on cement process was provided to me by Sanigdha ma'am. Everything you study in your course, some way or the other will be coming handy for you while you will be working in future. A holding of the knowledge is crucial for example, the concept of Mass balance is very important to remember.

      Q5. How can you relate yourself to the theme " MASS BUNK'17 " ?

       A. The theme is very much relatable to our memories in college as we also kind of get involved in mass bunks but we were also dedicated to our goal. I was also the president of the organising committee of alumni meet 2016 which was also a new experience.

     Q6. How is the Social environment at your workplace different from your college experience?

       A. To put it simply, you can bunk a class in college but you can't do the same on the job. You need to be dedicated to working and we have to work for eight hours when we are on the job
